What does design build mean?
Handling your home building process from initial concept to completed project or it can mean constructing the house from your existing architectural drawings.

What is the range of projects that you accept?
Our most typical projects are designing and constructing new residential homes valued at $300,000 to $2 million. We also specialize in major restorations and additions with custom kitchens and bathrooms in mind.

1. It's Simple - Make an appointment for initial consultation to determine the feasibility of your project.



2. Preliminary Meeting - To develop a meeting point between needs, desires, and your budget for the project. There is no charge.



3. Design Contract - Upon mutual approval of design concepts a rendering is offered and a contract is signed. Fees for this phase are based on 4% of construction costs and separate from the cost of construction.



4. Design Process - We work closely with our clients to develop a suitable floor plan and optimum interior and exterior design until all is acceptable. Plans are produced and submitted to begin the permit process.
