Nugent Design Build began in 1987 in Alexandria, Virginia focusing on fine wood working, cabinetry, and detailing – which remains the hallmark of our custom designs & construction. We are licensed in Maryland and Virginia. We are experienced in all facets of homebuilding as well as being exceptionally creative problem solvers. Our headquarters are now located in West River along the Chesapeake Bay.

Our dependable and highly experienced employees include designers, project managers, carpenters, laborers, and office staff. Many architects and clients especially appreciate the fact that the owner and senior managers are involved daily in every project.
